With extensive experience in Irish employment legislation and Workplace Relations Commission proceedings, Richard has dedicated his career to protecting the rights of employees facing redundancy.
Richard holds the prestigious TEP designation (Trust and Estate Practitioner) — an internationally recognized qualification awarded by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). This adds another dimension of expertise to his practice, particularly relevant for clients dealing with complex financial implications of redundancy settlements.
